Tica TitanClaw TC300 / TC300H Baitcaster Slow pitch / Slow Jigging Reel

Bought the product not realising it says “left hand” so I emailed the ReelsDeal team at night to let them know that I made a mistake. Got an email back first thing in the morning to let me know that they actioned my concern & they personally dropped off the reel at my front door.

I have both the Titenclaw and Uzio models – in terms of line capacity and drag capabilities the reel packs heaps of grunt. The gear ratio is really good. Handle is really comfortable – I have pretty big hands and I feel the handle has a good fit. Line retrieve guide is smooth. The only problem I have is the reel foot is slightly narrower than other brands – and does not seat well in certain rods reel seats – if it was made a little broader it would seat better in most rods

I bought the titanclaw to replace my toptec swa10 which I have had for 8 years being used and abused on a regular basis. The titanclaw is a brilliant reel. Used it today for the first time and it found it to be so easy to cast. Retrieval was a breeze with the good sized handle and found the drag to be a smooth operation. In my opinion it's got to be one of the nicest reels I've used in a long time. And the icing on the cake is the price. You won't find it cheaper anywhere else. Would I buy another one? Yes.
